Course Objectives

- Fluency & confidence: Build confidence and fluency for meetings, networking, presentations, and formal and informal professional conversations.
- Cross-cultural mastery: Expand vocabulary and communication strategies appropriate to international, cross-cultural, and public-facing settings.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Navigate workplace scenarios: Communicate ideas clearly and appropriately in common diplomatic and consular workplace situations.
